Principal Addresses Staff Meeting Ahead of the Academic Session – 3 June 2026

The staff meeting conducted on 3rd June 2026 under the guidance of Principal Rev. Sr. Marie Therese featured a thought-provoking PowerPoint presentation on the multifaceted role of teachers as mentors, communicators, role models, peace- makers, and community builders. Teachers were encouraged to uphold professional Integrity, adaptability, effective communication, and lifelong learning while nurturing students with wisdom and compassion. Detailed guidelines regarding classroom management, lesson planning, student development, professional conduct, communication, safety, record maintenance, and the effective execution of school activities were also shared. Together, these programmes served as powerful platforms for professional enrichment and reflective practice. They renewed the educators' commitment to the Cluny mission of educating, inspiring, motivating, and empowering every learner while fostering inclusive, engaging, and happy classrooms where every child can thrive.
